Best Chinese Restaurant in Excelsior Springs! The owners are always friendly with my family, just be sure to know what you want to drink before you walk in the door!
(From a first-grade student at Lewis Elementary writing her review of this restaurant): Peking is the best restaurant. The food is really good. I've been to Pekings a lot of times. Peking is the best restaurant. (From another first-grade student at Lewis Elementary writing her review of this restaurant):I love Chinese because they have the best food. I want to go there every day. I have not went there for dinner time. Do not forget that I love Chinese. (She gave the restaurant 12 stars.)
So good! Hit the buffet in an "off hour" time, and the buffet was full and hot. All the food was fresh and delicious. Great food for a reasonable price.
I used to live in the area and ate here quite often. I moved away about 8 years ago and had not been here since. I was very excited to make it back for a vist. The food was still as good as I had remembered. This is the place I compare most other chinese restauranta to. The only thing that could have made it better is if it would have been cooler inside. Still my favorite place in the KC area.
Small town cooking in an older restaurant; super good coconut cream shrimp! The family that runs the restaurant is outgoing and eager for you to have a good experience.
Best buffet and best chinese in town! It is a smaller selection and doesn't have the hibachi or fresh sushi like the ones closer to KC but great quality food and great and friendly staff. If you are looking to stay in town this is the Best! Also it's a low price so you are definitly getting your money's worth.
